I have spent my career working where business problems meet technology.
Sometimes that has meant designing an HR platform, building a marketing analytics solution, creating a workforce budgeting system, improving a business process or developing an entirely new digital product.
The technology changes. The principle does not: understand the problem, simplify it, and build something people can actually use.
For more than 25 years, I have been building technology around people, organizations and workforce decisions — from recruitment and employee experience to organization design, workforce planning and HR budgeting.
Technology has also been a recurring part of my work with marketing and sales organizations — supporting field execution, marketing capability, channel management, knowledge sharing, sales performance and commercial analytics.
